Job profiling

"What is Job Profiling?" is a question very few employees, but also employers, can answer fast.
Only big companies provide employees of detailed job description, or better said, organized in a professional manner. Also, employment adds offer very few reference to specific tasks, for they are destined to provide succint information to candidates, but they are essential for new employees.
A job description is usually developed by conducting a job analysis, which includes examining the tasks and sequences of tasks necessary to perform the job. The analysis considers the areas of knowledge and skills needed for the job. A job usually includes several roles. The job description might be broadened to form a person specification or may be known as Terms Of Reference. The person/job specification can be presented as a stand alone document though in practice, it is usually included within the job description.

Job Description should contain minimal data about: Job title work, integration in the organizational structure, responsibilities, tasks, activities and actions of the working station, work skills, work context, job, training required, salary and conditions for promotion.
Job Title is taken from NCP (National Classification of Professions) meanwhile Job Position is taken from the COR (Classification of Occupations in Romania).
Lifein Job can help you with profiling the positions/jobs in your company, as these documents are required by the Romanian Law and, as a process, it can be time consuming.
