- Personalized programs meant for managerial teams, intra or inter department teams with focus on optimizing performance.
- Activities can be indoor, outdoor with adventure or social.
In order to have a successful teambuilding setting there are a few key points:
- Clarify expectations and objectives of participants.
- Clarify expectations of managers and communicated to the participants prior to the event.
- Linking organizational strategy, culture and objectives of teambuilding.
- Choosing the specific activities that contribute to achieving participants’s objectives.
- Participants understand the connection between the scope of the team building activities and the day-to day work life.
- Participants agree to action plans at the end of the session.
