- Engineering degree
- Experience in the automotive business
- 4 years in Quality and in Warranty (represents a must!)
- Have knowledge of auto lamp, and QRQC;
- Fluent in English (strong communication skills both verbal and written);

- Confirm warranty information and phenomenon feedback from customer;
- Confirm and analysis the warranty reject sample;
- Analysis the data of the warranty rejects production;
- Organize the related person to improve, and provide improvement action plan;
- Validate the action plan , and follow up result;
- Follow up the improvements in customer and in market during warranty period;
- Regular data report to customer and superior;
- Other tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time;
